All orders will ship through Deutsche Post/DHL.
Return Policy: If you are not happy with our products, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at shop@solar-fragment.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Returned items must be unused.

Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging, such as cracked CD covers.
